Who doesn't love technology? We fervently buy tech in hopes of it enhancing our user experience. However, what about those electronics serve less of a purpose, or none at all? It is for this reason that I introduce the Top 7 Most Bizarre Tech Toys.

7. Pat Says Now - Optical Mouse
This plastic form of a woman encourages you to put your hands all over her
and doesn't even mind when you push her buttons! Pat Says Now is an
optical mouse with the body of a lingerie model for added hand support.
Ergonomically speaking, of course.

6. Mini Desk Vacuum

Tired of finding various items trapped underneath your computer keys?
We all are. That's why they invented the miniature desk vacuum. Just
plug it into your USB port and start tidying up your geeky space to
your heart's content! Granted, it has been reported that it has only
enough suction to pick up light dust and invisible desk gnomes, but
don't let this deter you from appearing OCD with your digital Orek
nonetheless!

5. Tengu

There are an infinite amount of uses for USB ports nowadays; some
practical and some not. I'll let you decide on this one, called Tengu.
It is a white plastic brick that will act as a visualization for any
sounds that it picks up with its built-in microphone. Tengu receives
the sound and relays it like it's lip-syncing with its digital mouth.
See the example of "American Pie" being beautifully sung by Tengu.

4. Fruit Powered Clock

This clock runs on a special kind of battery that requires a bit of a
physics lesson. According to the Physlink website, an amazing discovery
was made when a scientist "...had stacked a zinc disk and a copper
disk, with a leather disk in between. The leather disk had been soaked
in a mild acid solution of lemon juice. Volta found that a small flow
of electrical current between the copper and the zinc resulted. Thus
was born the 'voltaic pile' or electrical storage battery."

As the utmost in renewable energy utilization, this Fruit Powered Clock will
allow you to "essentially replicate this experiment by Volta." Embrace
the power of fruit!

3. H-bouya Erotic Boy USB

In case you've been wondering what semi-useless USB toys you can plug
into an empty slot, look no further. Just plug this little guy in and
whenever you press the "H" key he blushes and blinks! Why, do you ask?
Some equally inquisitive people have guessed that the ’H’ used in the
name might mean ‘erotic’ in Japanese, hence forth comprising the Erotic
Boy Toy. Or something.

2. Golden Nintendo Wii

Now before you hop on Ebay and look for this shiny gem of gaming
goodness, know that this baby is one of a kind, yet still deserves a
spot in the Top 7. This Wii is only fit for a Queen; literally. The
Queen of England was gifted this gold-plated tech toy by THQ Games.
Though the Queen does brandish the Ipod President Obama gave her from
time to time, it is quite likely the royal maids will be dusting off
this beauty time and time again.

1. Tuttuki Bako Poking Box

Leave it to Japan to make the Tuttuki Bako Poking Box. With $45 in hand
and the box on your finger, you too can de-mystify the secrets hidden
within an average box. Some of these mysteries include your digital
environment reacting to your pixelated pointer, experiencing a simple
poke, and elaborate mini-games such as having a stick figure karate
fight. Don't worry, it's also a clock, just in case you lose track of
time.
