A few months back there were pictures flying all over the internet of a several sexy burlesque dancers dressed as famous female video game characters. We had only pictures before, but now there is video of the sexy strip show. The original show was put on by girls of the Devil's Playground burlesque group for a Video Game Girls event at a club in Los Angeles this past May. They returned for a second show during E3 but I unfortunately missed it.

The ladies did a great job with most of the costumes, especially for not being gamers themselves. I am a tad disturbed by Link stripping, however, since Link is a dude...but that can be overlooked I guess. Check out the video for Link, Chun Li, BloodRayne and my favorite, Princess Peach stripping down to near nothing.

When you said burlesque I was, for some reason, thinking of the old school shows, before they became almost just another name for strip show. So I was a tad disappointed. On the other hand, beautiful girls, great costumes, and good idea. Especially for gamers (mostly the guys) and cosplay fans.

Now that is awesome. All the more reason why "sex in gaming" is my favorite subject. I just wish I was there to check it out for myself.
