I love nude mods, they are so funny and running around as a naked character never gets old. The recent mod to Left 4 Dead is one that lets you play as a nude Zoey - not sure why she still has half a shirt on, but you get the point. The mod was created by L4DMods.com user Zaigo and he explains in the description that the facial animations aren't working. Hell, who cares about facial movements? He also reassures us that her "lovelies" do come with full bounce effects. There is no rhyme or reason for this mod other than for entertainment purposes only and will not effect gameplay, unless you are having trouble paying attention. Call me immature, but I am always down for a good nude mod.

I love that she is still wearing her holster, her shoes, and part of her jacket (which has been torn exactly where her "lovelies" are).

From a technical standpoint, this is some very good work. A lot of half-baked mods come out, with most of them being NSFW in nature.

From a uh.. not so technical standpoint, this seems to be cannon friendly in the 'Left 4 Head' storyline.
