In honor of last Tuesday, the most sacred of holidays: Cinco de Mayo, I thought it was time for a Top Cinco list. After some research on the holiday I learned that this day is celebrated more in America than in Mexico, and this also may come as surprise to you, but we like get waaaay more drunk than the holiday dictates. So here are the Top 5 Video Game drunks.
5 Jansen.
Jansen is a young chap from Lost Oddessy. The guy likes his woman and he likes his booze. You might get the feeling he's drunk most of the game as he shows up for his first mission fairly sloshed. He has a magic stone that wipes the victims memories, kinda as if they had been drinking and don't remember what happened, coincidence? Probably not.
Shun Di
4 Shun Di is an herbal doctor from China. He made his video game debut in Virtua Fighter 2. He uses a special form of fighting called Drunken Kung Fu. His hobbies include drinking before, after, and during the fight.
3 Brad Wong
Brad Wong is from Dead or Alive. He is on a quest for his old master Chen who wants him to find a drink called Genra. His fighting style and name is after Jackie Chan's character, Fei-Hung Wong, in the movie The Drunken Master.
2. Conker
The entire Conker game is about having to get Conker on his way home after a crazy drunken night out. The bad fur day? Ya, that's about a hangover. He uses his drunken skills to defeat enemies. How you ask? By getting so wasted that he must pee on the enemies and load up on pills to defeat more hangovers.
1. Bo' Rai Cho
Bo' Rai Cho is from a little series called Mortal Kombat. He takes his fighting style from the Zui Quan, also known as the Drunken Fist. His character is so true to his art of the Drunken fighting that his name is a play on the Spanish word for Borracho which means drunken or drunkard. He is even famous for his Puke Puddle move.
