By now I am sure you have heard about the upcoming Survival Pack DLC that Left 4 Dead will be getting soon; but just announced is that this DLC will be completely free for PC and Xbox 360 gamers. The Survival pack will include two new game modes: Survival and Versus.
Surivival mode will put players against wave after wave of zombies and the game will track how long the players can survive.
Verses is exactly as it sounds, but the DLC will now allow gamers to play on the Death Toll and Dead Air maps.
No news on exactly when this DLC will hit or if there will be any new achievements - but the fact that it will be free is enough to make me very happy. Now if only we can talk them into releasing new campaign scenerios...
