Well good to see Bethesda make some money off a good game and not err make bad games like Star Trek *cough*.

Ninja_of_Sound

I'm very happy to be one of the 4.7 million. This game is well worth your $60, unlike SO many other current-gen games. And I see your point Ninja_of_Sound, I decided to just get Gears 2 and Fallout 3 the rest of the year because there's too many great looking titles to play.

Just got back from visiting a friend and I had the chance to play this and i am UBERLY not impressed w/ this game and REALLY dont see why people praise this as a GOTY contender. the fighting is so weak, the game is ugly, and the game is just not that impressive as a whole.

OVERHYPED!!!!!!

Just asking sonyboy, but did you start your own save file? I think most of the fun in the game is owning your own character and customizing his/her abilities as you level up, building good/bad karma, etc. I took it over to a friend's house (who liked Bioshock and Oblivion) and he wasn't impressed while just watching me fight either.

What i love about the game is it's non linear play. Most games nowadays are 5 hours long and they basically tell you exactly how to play the game. I love Fallout 3 for allowing me to make my own decisions on how I will play, how my character will turn out.
