So, with that being said. Let's act like adults and stop spamming girls posts with hate and rudeness. The current attitudes make this site unpleasant to visit. I have received emails from not only some of the girls on this site but also fellow readers who are disturbed by the behavior on this site. It is quite pathetic.

WOW everyone just got pissed over ONE comment? Which was just a personal opinion which turned out to lead to this POLICY TOPIC. Didn't realize stating an opinion could lead to this.

Nasty, if you'd been around the last several days, or read any of the other topics, you'd realize Sony/MGS fans are turning EVERY article's comment section into a warzone of fanboy arguments and petty insults. It's not just you, it's not just one article.
This needed to be said. Some of the comments people are leaving are outright sexist and none of us deserve that. None of us deserve to be told "But I guess that's all you bitches do is whine" or "But then again a woman's power is between her legs and not between her ears." We just don't deserve that. And I hardly think not reviewing one game qualifies that type of response.
This isn't a paid position, we are not paid to put up with intolerable people. Some of you say it's unprofessional with the way Bunny or myself responded to the treatment... the fact of the matter is we aren't paid or compensated to put up with your insults, so why should we? We are not sent games or gift vouchers (at least, not yet) so what we review is what we buy with our own money. Therefore, who is going to buy a game they don't want to play? Just to appease the people who are CALLING US NAMES by spending OUR money to review what THEY want? Put some things in perspective guys.

Our Policy is something we had from day one, just thought it was common sense and didn't know it was something that had to be said. Which is sad b/c respect for one another should be something that comes natural, but sadly it isn't and issues like this occur.
Also, like I said in the above post, "We welcome opinions and constructive comments, yet we frown upon anything that is distasteful, disrespectful or rude." So yes, opinions are good, that's what makes people interesting and different. It is when opinions become personal attacks is when they are no longer accepted.

I read the comments on the BF:BC post and personally didn't think people would go that far to say sexiest things towards you girls. I just stated my opinion and people just got upset over nothing. I apologize for everything, but I will stick to my opinion. You girls don't deserve those type of comments from anyone at all especially when it comes to just gaming.So sorry for the rampage

I don't understand these people who need another MGS4 review....the people asking for a review have ALREADY PLAYED IT!!! do they need confirmation that what they just watched was good??? After I play a game I enjoy I simply go yay that was great. Not I hope everyone else like it so I can finally be accepted...
