As most have noticed, girls tend to like drama. Well gamer girls are no different. The drama this time involves almost the entire Delta Division of PMS have decided to leave the group and form their own. The new clan is called Delta Special Ops or DSO. One key difference in the two clans is that DSO will include everyone.

Another key difference is their Attitude. They promote the idea of respecting each other rather than viewing everyone has competition. One member was asked how she would describe the new team she said,
"It's a mantra, a home, a battle-cry, an answer, a family& I think the reason why we are all here is because we GET IT. We understand that success is measured by more than just stats on paper; it is measured by the respect, love, and loyalty that we give to each other. Another simply described it as Love and friendship that goes beyond the game

DSO currently has teams competing in Halo 3, Call of Duty 4, and Rainbow Six Vegas 2. They will be attending the upcoming MLG's and are accepting challenges on gamebattles.com.

I doubt the ladies of PMS are pleased with so many of their members leaving and going against them both in game and in their mantra. I guess the final showdown will be fought out at this year's MLG events. May the best gamers win.

Apparently the people of DSO feel similar in that they don't believe in excluding the other gender.
What do you think is better, co-ed teams where everyone can play together or an all girl team that promotes female empowerment?

I don't mind all female clans at all (since I am apart of one) what I don't like is tournaments just centered around females. I have never been a fan of the PMS clan so I support the DSO clan and I hope they go far.

Well I've browsed the PMS Forums before and there was a clear set of rules in force. They actually had a "Sticky" Thread that outlined these rules for members and non-members. The rules that this new DSO clan are speaking about are already featured in the PMS Clan, and it is something Athena Twin is passionaate about, especially the community aspect where gaming is proted as being a fun environment where casual and non-casual gamers can enjoy theirselves without harassment or abuse etc.

So I don't know why this DSO has decided to branch off by themselves. Well I have an idea why they did, but I think I'll stop right there.

Also PMS Clan has a guy division, called H20. PMS/H20. Unity/Respect/Honour

Oops forgot a word out of that. Unity/Respect/Humour........LOYALTY!!!!!!!!!!

as a former member of the PMS clan, I can safely say that this coming for a while.

The DELTA division has always had alot of problems, just as most of the people in other divisions seemed to have had as well. One of the main problems in the PMS clan - well in my experiences, is DRAMA and a lack of loyalty to everyone.

The clan is just too big and too exclusive.
H20s also tend to add to this, as many of them are husbands and boyfriends.

PMS to me, is a community - not a pro clan. Sure they go off and compete, but the skill isn't always there as much as the "promotion" was, and that really made alot of us feel silly.

I just think the idea of an ALL FEMALE clan, is a step forward in some sense, but the way it's been done with the PMS CLAN and other clans shows such a lack of organization and effort to actually win, that it's more or less a step back for many of the teams.

Anyway - this is no reflection on any one member of the PMS CLAN (past, present and future) but I think many people will agree with me, it needs more structure, and less POSTER fraggers.

Anyway I think it's great that DELTA finally went off and did something about it!

GOOD LUCK GUYS!!
I'll be rooting for ya!

Why do all the female clans have so much drama? I know it must happen with the males as well but you don't really hear about it.

Venom_DSO

DSO was formed from not only the De1ta Division but from other members in other divisions within PMS. We believed in what PMS stood for but felt the clan had lost sight of the true meaning of what they stood for. They weren't listening to it's members and many were frustrated at the drama in many divisions. I come from both the Halo 3 division and Rainbow Six Vegas 2 division. I believe in DSO and what it represents; living and gaming with honor and integrity. We are a family that supports and respects ALL members.
