Gametrailers.com has just released the new footage of Gear of Wars 2. This video also includes an interview with CliffyB, him and I are myspace friends, it's kinda a big deal....I know this isn't much of an introduction but honestly, it doesn't need it. Enjoy



As for game play footage: you can hold a locust hostage, break his neck, then throw him. Roxxors! The graphics look really crisp and better than GoW. I had my doubts about how much of an improvement this game would be graphically because they started making it right after they finished the first. This being said I am completely happy with what I saw. We also got to see dueling with chainsaws in action as well as chainsawing someone, which also looks different from the first. I was also very pleased to see the monster, for lack of the actual name, that chases you at the end of Act 4(Marcus's House). Overall I'm really excited about this game. Anyone else notice how at the end Cliffy reminded us all it was a Xbox 360 exclusive?

this look like it will be epic! i like seeing that there is going to be more than one thing happening at once. it will really bring something new to the game that we didnt see in the first one. im excited!

My knees kinda get shaking when I see Gears 2 footage! And CQC_NastyN8, please refrain from saying anything negative about Cliffy or others for that matter, I wouldn't say that about a friend of yours.
