So yesterday I flew to San Fran. The airline I took was Virgin America. Now when I think of airlines Virgin America didn't come to mind. I knew about them of course due to my devotion to diggnation. During diggnation I saw that Rev3 shows would start airing on the flights. However, when I got on the plane there weren't any yet. I was bummed for a grand total of 3 seconds, because I saw all the other cool things you do. Each seat has their own interactive tv screen, complete with remote control/video game controller.



First off there are tons of movies to choose from, some do cost money but there are some that are free too. Then there are TV shows you can watch. They even have Boing Boing TV and will soon show Revision3 shows. Even some KBS dramas. Which are Korean Drama's, and I lurve them. Full House is my fav!

On top of that there is Live TV. Yes, Live TV, all the major news stations, several Espn's, Nick, Disney, Bet, Bbc, Comedy Central, even the Sundance channel. Watching all these are again, free. Say you don't want to watch tv, then watch one of many music video's. Not interested in watching at all, no worries, there is a whole library of 240 different artists to listen to. And the artists are varied too. There's everyone from Hannah Montana, to The Who, to Kanye to Beethoven. There is literally something for everyone.

And all this isn't even the good part! Built in is a controller. What is this controller for you might ask? Video Games! That's right my whole flight I played DOOM. Other game include Xmahjongg, Gem Drop and Mad Bomber and many more.



I don't have the authority to say this, but I think Virgin America should be the [un]official airline of gamers. And not just gamers, all those who are tech savvy. It's a fun, young, hi-tech environment, and I can't wait to fly with them again.

And in the flight subject: that looks pretty cool, but isnt that a bit expensive? (i dont know, i just imagine, that seat has everything, the only thing that needs is a pencil sharpener and a coffe maker). I mighr try it on vacation this spring break because it looks great, once again good post.
p.s. cool video on the g4, i saw it when i was voting, seems your the only of the gamegirls that have one this moment, the ideas, the sound, everything was great. Good work. FAREWELL.

I pre-ordered it today at work YAY for 10% off :) I'm hoping that they pick it up at the tournaments I go to because I find SSB alot more entertaining to watch :)

I mean Mary Kate & Ashley are not innocent anymore like they were when on that show. Now they are trouble makers :P. I so would LOVE to play Doom on a airplane!!!! Man your lucky Nikki!!!!!

Virgin America is great, and since they're new they're usually one of the cheapest airlines too, I flew to LA this weekend for $44 each way.

Also they have power outlets underneath each seat, which is amazing.
